Liverpool property management Clement-Evans provides a flexible service to property owners wishing to maximize income from their properties with minimum hassle.

We have a broad spectrum of clients from one property owners, those with substantial portfolios and company portfolios.

For maintenance we use a group of self employed contractors who work to our exacting standards and for whose services we pass on the charges with no added percentages.

Our property management service is ALL-INCLUSIVE for an agreed flat percentage fee of monthly rental income. Our comprehensive service has no hidden or add-on charges and includes:

Quarterly statements of rental income, commission charges and repairs
Arrangement of annual buildings insurance, if necessary
Arrangement of Gas Safety checks
Energy Performance Certificates, if required
